The Northern Kentucky Convention Center needed to upgrade their 1st floor exhibition area to provide multi-use functionality. Events range from gymnastic meets & RV exhibits to ballroom dining and meeting space. This 46,000 sq. ft. space, supporting bathrooms, and 8,000 sq. ft. lobby were totally renovated including all interior finishes & lighting.  Specialty details for the walls, ceilings and surrounding the columns were added to add interest and to break up this massive space. With renovations complete, the convention center increased rental sales by over $400,000 in the first year and catering sales by over $1 million.
