Ms. Dietz joined Design Details as a Designer in January 2003. Her primary responsibilities consist of collaborating with senior designers, finish and furniture selections, producing AutoCAD drawings, directing our intern, juggling the numerous business administration tasks that keep the firm organized and efficient, and maintaining a current and quality resource library for the firm.

Having a reputation as an insightful designer, Molly has the ability to build successful partnerships, which result in meaningful outcomes.

Ms. Irvin is responsible for working with the team on the design of all projects, new business development, day to day operations, and strategic and financial planning.

Her experience in interior design has been diverse, ranging in the areas of educational, health care, corporate office interiors and retail design.

Ms. Irvin's key strengths are her ability to offer creative design solutions, to communicate with her clients, listen and understand their needs. Her positive and upbeat attitude remains a key component to the success of the firm.

Tina L. Partin

Ms. Partin has over 13 years experience in the interior design field that enables her to offer both creativity and competency in the many intricacies of the industry. Her areas of experience include programming, space planning, interior design, and systems furniture design along with all phases of project management.

Her work reflects a high level of motivation, efficiency and the ability to meet objectives. Ms. Partin's capabilities serve to enhance the final product and ensure implementation of the project within the budget and time frame.

Ann Schrader
Principal, Ann T. Schrader Consulting

Ms. Schrader offers experience in Business Management, Interior Design and Human Resources. Her key strengths are her ability to listen effectively to clients’ needs and determine appropriate solutions. Bringing a strong business background to her design skills she strives to help her clients’ develop the most effective work processes and designs a facility that supports those processes.

Believing in continuing educational efforts Ms. Schrader has focused on Human Behavior in Work Environments and Senior Living Issues.
