Champion Windows Corporate Offices/Showroom Cincinnati, Ohio This new facility houses corporate offices, a product display showroom and a manufacturing/distribution center. The project included showroom design, lighting design, an overall design theme, and interior finish and furnishings selections/ specifications. The client desired a showroom that presented their window, door and patio enclosure products in an upbeat and contemporary environment. The architectural finishes were dynamic yet tailored to complement the overall design scheme.   Catholic Health Initiatives Northern Kentucky Office Erlanger, Kentucky The client desired a work environment that was open and airy, that promoted teamwork, and aided in employee recruitment and retention. The implementation of an open office plan, interior glazing and interior conference spaces, maximized the natural light in the open office. Outdoor balconies were planned adjacent to team meeting areas to support collaboration.   Delta Air Lines Reservation Call Center Cincinnati, Ohio Delta set the tone for their new downtown office space with a design philosophy to create a modern, convenient and safe office environment for their employees. This facility offers employees amenities including a full service cafeteria, training facilities, quiet lounges and employee locker areas. Delta’s goal was to provide natural light to the call center “bays” offering most employees panoramic city views; therefore all hard-wall offices were located on the interior of the building. The architectural finishes were selected with durability, longevity and aesthetics in mind.   US Bank/Firstar Corporation Eastern Region Operations Center Cincinnati, Ohio This new facility houses 1000 employees for Regional Operations, 24-hour Call Centers, Mail Services and Disaster Recovery Command Center. Support areas in the facility include meeting, training and view conferencing facilities, lunch and break rooms, locker areas and a fitness center. Corporate Office Cincinnati, Ohio Detailed programming, space planning, interior design and furnishings selections created a space that met the client’s functional requirements as well as supported the desired corporate culture. Exposed beam ceilings, ambient lighting and bold colors contributed to the contemporary design. Artwork, signage, plants and accessories completed the space.   The Provident Bank Retail Banking Division, Cincinnati Ohio The objective was to combine the administrative, marketing and training/operations groups of the Retail Banking Group to facilitate better communication, improved work process and optimum customer service. The lobby provides a positive “first impression” for visitors.   The Provident Bank 801 Linn Street, Building Renovation, Cincinnati, Ohio Comprehensive master planning was imperative to the design of this corporate facility. Furniture and finish standards were established which created a cohesive and organized image throughout which provided updates amenities, departmental adjacencies and improved aesthetics.
